The project is a key construction project in Guangdong Province in 2022, with a planned investment of 170 million yuan for civil construction.

The project takes medical devices and biomedicine as the leading industry direction, and plans to have production and R & D headquarters, production and R & D building, fine decoration office, talent apartment, business center, etc. among them, the industrial park will build medical devices and biomedicine production base, R & D center, quality control center, test base and ecological office area, and be equipped with shared laboratory, large conference room, staff restaurant, gym and other shared supporting space.
The project has a total construction area of 225000 square meters and 13 buildings with a total investment of 2.3 billion yuan. The first phase has been capped at the end of 2021 and the second phase will be started in 2022. It is planned to invest 170 million yuan in the civil construction stage within the year.
